Stock management and replenishment
AutoStockPilot is a stock-management and replenishment workspace for golf-club pro-shop teams. It is designed to help staff find a product and its stockroom location for a top-up, while managers keep stock and target levels in view.
Create an account, verify your email and name your club or pro-shop. No sales call is required.

Available in the app
Configure a shop’s own products, locations and displays, then use the saved stock records to guide daily lookups and reviewed top-ups.

Staff can photograph a configured product or display. AI suggests a catalog match; the app then shows product photos, recommended pick quantities, remaining quantities and exact stockroom locations for review.
Owners and managers maintain saved counts, display targets and low-stock thresholds. Threshold crossings are recorded and sent to the workspace owner and managers.
A photo can suggest a match; it does not estimate or change a saved stock count. Staff review and confirm every pick.
On the roadmap
These are planned product goals, separate from the stock and photo flows available in the app today.
The current photo setup starts with a reviewed first item. A guided setup that builds out products, displays and stockroom locations from a wider set of shop photos is planned.
A product photo with a question like “Do we have this shirt in medium?” should lead to variant-level back-stock availability and an exact location. Natural-language, per-variant lookup is planned.
